Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess a proven track record in sales, with strong connections in the local market to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Odoo ERP solutions in the Middle East.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing contacts and networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the software or ERP industry.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP and its applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Established network of contacts in the UAE business community.
• Results-oriented with a strong ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
